Returns Policy

• Returns must be authorised by Officemaker before goods are returned.
• Customers should contact us to obtain a returns authorisation number before returning any products.
• Returns are generally accepted within 10 days of delivery, subject to approval and the goods being in their original condition and packaging.
• Certain items, including food and drink products, janitorial supplies, software, batteries, electrical goods and dated products, are non-returnable unless faulty.
• Returned goods must include all original packaging, accessories and documentation.
